Corvette spindles on '70 Impala
 

After doing a search here, I have learned the great news that mounting '69-'82 Corvette spindles and brakes on my '70 Impala is very easy. Very cool as '70 front rotors are so rare!
Now to my question: will the Corvette spindle make my Impala sit at the same height as the stock spindles? Is the spindle shaft at the same height on either spindle?

Not really, it is a work in project, in the garage, where it has been for a few years... It is a Custom Coupe, now with a blown 6.0 liter and 4L80E trans. Hence the need for good brakes!
