They are about 16 or so hours a piece to install, what is with no extra work like rusted wheel wells or that sort of thing. What the hourly rate is in NJ, I don't know. Around here it is about $65.00 and hour which would make it about $2,100.00.

Don't let the labor rate scare you to much as the rate in NJ is a lot less. I think the east cost is getting short changed on labor rate but thats another story.
You might look for a body man that does work on side at home
and you can probably cut the cost in half if you buy the materials so he doesn't have to run allover. With most bodymen if you do the painting thats also a real plus. There should be some bodymen close by on this site.

$65.00 per hour for body work? The people around here scream about $36-$42 per hour.

I would be looking for someone that can do it on the side.

you don't necessarily have to replace the whole quarter. If everything but the baseball holes is sound, just repair them.

If the rest of those panels are solid, I wouldn't replace the panels, just the damaged areas. You could use the replacement panels, or plain sheetmetal to make patch panels.

General rule of thumb is what ever size the rust through is on the outside it's twice that size on the inside. I just went and looked a friends. You should probable replace the QT, Also look at the inner fender and trunk/floor. Your rust problems look like they are more than likely going to affect those areas.

Just my two cents .
