couple of ? on primer

im using PPG shopline products
J P 202 2k primer surfacer
J R 506 medium reducer
J H 301 2k undercoat hardener
car was down to bare metal, i put on two coats of epoxy, then sprayed two coats of primer on and sanded it with 150 grit. i mixed to what the tec sheet said. 4 parts 202 1 part reducer 1 part hardner. i would like two spray 1 or 2 more coats, the tec sheet also says for a high build application the reducer may be cut to 1/2 part. and as a spray filler 4 parts 202 and 1 part hardner. what is the difference between the two , which one should i put on, the body will only have little bondo ( FILLER ) on it
also i bought a new hood (ford tooling ) it came black can i just scuff it up with a scotch pad then prime it. thank you all in advance for your in put

You can scuff the ecoat with. 180 to 320 (don't break through the ecoat.) for the urethane primer application, would not go much finer.
For a sealer coat you can scuff up to a gray scuff pad.

You do not need or want a high build here, use the regular build formula and that will give you was they call an industry standard type fill.

Spray a few coats and block and do again, you don't need or want a pile of mils on a new panel.
