It's fairly easy, as long as everything else remains the same such as the head gasket bore diameter and compressed thickness. However to calculate it just right you'll have to know the dome volume as well as how far down the pistons are in the bore at top dead center.

If the cr is actually a real 10:1 now with a 72cc head, it will increase to a 11:1 cr when switching to a 64cc head.
If the cr is not now actually 10:1 the result will be different. |
