Yes there is, and not one of them is worth bothering attempting with the motor you have. If it was a very rare special engine owned by ELvis Presley and was where Priscilla consumated the marriage then you can have the block welded. this requires the block to be baked and then welded while hot. You can assume the entire engine will have to have every surface machined again after doing this, particularly the mains. Assume a complete rebuild is required also. You would be better off finding a good used block and rebuilding it.
