cracked starter bolt hole on block

I was just about to bolt in my starter in my recently built 383 sbc and discovered this little problem. This is the outboard hole that one of the starter bolts goes through. I can see a hairline going into the threaded area. Any ideas on how to fix this? Or am I screwed?
The motor has never been started, and I have a LOT of dollars into this block for machining and parts and really want to avoid pulling it or starting over again..
