Craigslist 350 motor

Check this out fellas. Ive contacted the seller about this motor. how do I go about seeing if this is a good motor or not, They say its in a engine cradle when i asked if i could hear it

Bring a fly wheel tool like this to at least turn it all the way over.... If it does.... Well it's cheap enough to take a chance....Just look it over really good..Good luck..

I was hoping it turn out to be a decent 350. Then I could sell my mild 305 and come out on top both ways

Sometimes You can get a deal, Sometimes you don't.... I just picked up a performance Mr.good wrench 350, headers Alum intake,Carb, fuel pump and braided fuel lines,,,, For $100.00.. With a 700r4 trans and converter...He wanted $150.00 He then called me and said I'll take $100.00 Well,, I gave him a little extra...

First thing you do is make sure it`s a 350. It should say 5.7 liter on the bellhousing.

oh yea thats a must. Im hoping its a 350 but im sure gonna bust their bubble if i find out its a 305

pull the valve covers and look for sludge or dirt check the oil on the dipstick and maybe check a spark plug or two.
