Crane Cam ID Help

I am typing to identify a cam has two numbers stamped on the end: 119516 and 961710. The grinded number is 118521. Now this last number 118521 is listed with Crane, but as a grind number instead of a stamped part number. Anyone that can help, I would greatly appreciate it. I am thinking the cam was bought early to mid 1990's.

I can find nothing on the first two numbers, but here's the timing card on 118521.....It's a mechanical roller for a SBC....ground on a 112 degree Lobe Separation Angle.....
