Crankshaft Coalition: Master List of Hotrodding Forums

I've just finished assembling a "master list" of hotrodding forums for the Crankshaft Coalition website.

Here it is: Crankshaft Coalition Master List of Hotrodding Forums.

Everyone knows that forums are among the richest sources of online automotive knowledge, but I couldn't find a page that listed all of the hotrodding forums in one place. So, I put one together. We've got 84 forums listed so far . I checked them all out myself.

Please feel free to suggest any additional forums to add to the list. You can do so by using the form at the bottom of the list, or just mention them in this thread, and I'll check them out for potential inclusion in the master list. The only requirements are a fairly active posting rate, public board (membership not required to read posts), and hotrodding-themed content.

Nice job! I didn't know there was a SlantSix forum.

How about http://forums.turbobricks.com/ ?

Thanks -- added Turbobricks. Also just added V8S10.org forums. That makes 88.

Yeah, there's a SlantSix.com forum and a SlantSix.org forum. From what I can tell, they appear to be unrelated.

Got another submission today. The Ford Falcon News Forums have been added to the Master List of Hotrodding Forums. So, we're up to 89 hotrodding forums listed.

91 now. Just added TurboBuick.com Forums.

I also have two more forum suggestions bookmarked for inclusion as soon as they get a bit more activity and a higher posting rate: ToolAndFab.com Forums and Roy's Hot Rod Garage.

Make that 92.

Added these guys: Cadillac Forum.

And, another suggestion came in through the form on the Master List page. Not enough action on that forum yet, but I've added them to the watch list for when they get a little bigger: http://groups.msn.com/1942-1947Fordtrucks.

Yes -- we had that board listed under the "General Motors" subheading. Keep 'em comin though.

Just added CrownVic.net forums, so we're now up to 93.

redlightning -- I checked out that site. In making this list, I'm struggling a little with defining some rough boundaries as to what constitutes a "hotrodding" site. I'm trying to keep the list focused on older vehicles, but I'm also including some newer vehicle sites to make sure the list is fully rounded out. Let me know what you think about this, especially as it applies to the specific site that you mentioned.

Interesting submission came in today:

Automotive Spraying Equipment Technologies forum

Not quite enough action yet on that board, but I've bookmarked it for future inclusion on the list.
