Crate engine ID

Yes I searched all the Chevy ID sites.I would like to identify a Cheve small block I purchased from a co-worker.The engine has "hecho en Mexico"cast over the casting #on the rear of the block.so I know it is a replacement engine. The casting # is 10066036,stamped# on front boss is 1m0505,below that is stamped 7vp.The block is set up for either right or left side dipstick, and has very small heads on the head bolts(13mm).
