critique the final combo

finally decided where im going to go: let me know what you folks think
404 sbc
dart pro 1 200cc alum, blended bowls, matched ports
Voodoo cam: 233/241 (.504/.525) (@.050)
Comp ratio: 10.0:1(id like to go higher)
RPM manifold: port matched
EdL 750 carb
curved stock dist w/ accel xr-i(looking to replace perhaps)
Th-400: 3000 stall, kit
fresh eaton posi, 3.42 gears
1 5/8 headers,cutouts for track
Sfi 8000 rpm balancer
car is a 71 caprice with some weight removed(3900lbs w/ driver)
think ths thing will fly or not? im hoping for mid 12's @ 105 hopefully
all feedback is appreciated

Everything looks pretty good to me. I think it should make a good 450 hp.
Depending on how much porting you do it could be more. If you assume 350 at the rear wheels, according to the calculator below you might catch a high 12.

should i have the runners gone over? i dont know if its worth the extra cash just for a few ponies. any other way i could squeeze a few more hp outta the setup?

I would not go into the runners. First, your camshaft is quite small and the lift quite low. Concentrating in the short side, bowl, and chamber, along with valve selection is where I'd suggest sticking to. You want flow improvments under .500 cfm. Runner hogging is not going to change much below this point. Obstructions around the valve will.

I'd also suggest not purchasing the camshaft until you have the heads flowed, ported and then reflowed. You may end up cutting back on the exhaust bias and even getting a bit more lift ground into the camshaft. The flow figures determine the camshaft. Syncing these two parts is how you wlll optimize the power. I'd also like to see bigger headers on the engine, 1 3/4. An 8000 RPM balancer SFI approved is not really worth the cost of the sticker. The same balancer, non SFI approved will save you some cash.
