csb 350 in a pu
I have a 1990 shortbed pu with a 305 in it. I want to swap it for a 350, but want to try to use the stock tbi with a stage 2 chip. what would be a good head/cam combo w/9.3 comp pistons? I'm looking for about 350-370 horses, but don't want to go too crazzy with it. I was looking at mpi conversions and am wondering if there worth the money.

Give an idea of the amount of $$$ your willing to spend...?
Also to get more than 300+ HP from a TBI system is difficult unless you run a super charger (like a Whipple Ind... roots type blower) Run good heads like Iron Eagles or Alum version`s and go with the Edlebrock ProFlo MPI setup and run almost any cam you like of course then trans and converter come into play... Just remember... speed is only a question of money...
