cummings vs powerstroke
 

I am and diesel mechanic going on 28yrs now. The cummingd engine

is the best diesel on the market today hands down

all engines use the same components,pistons,valves etc. If upgraded with superior parts you have an engine that,,,,,,,,,?

What's your point and who cares.

Hmmmm, first post and this. Cummins are ok but the new ones are smogged up the wazoo and compared to the PS and Dmax's, its a dog, :boxing: :thumbup:

Im would think after 28 yrs you could spell Cummins

The 03 LB7 DMax is the best for getting power out of since they don't have all the smog junk. My 07 LBZ DMax with EFI Live is a good runner, can't complain. Most Cummins are noisey and have a weird exhaust sound but these are just my opinions.

Who cares what a single/first (and probably only) post troll thinks - if he wants to blast some engine manufacturer's product, let him do it on a diesel site.

Most all diesel engines are good,its the junk outside of the engine that gives big trouble,injectors,injector pumps,glow plugs,and wiring,vacum system and turbos.
