Custom Chassis Books or Manuals?

I was wondering if there were any books out there that would help me on making a custom chassis from front to back. I've found some prefab chassis, but they won't work for what I want. Just about anything would help me since I haven't really started the project anywhere near the accual car. Thanks for any help I get.

Here are three books you night want to look into. Check with your public library to see if they can get them on inter-library load before you buy them, then if you want them for yourself and don't feel like xeroxing, check out Amazon.com for their used ones or Half.com for returns.

"So-cal Speed Shop's How to Build a Hot Rod Chassis" by Tim Remus
ISBN 0-7603-0836-5

Street Rodder's "Chassis and Suspension Handbook"
ISBN 1-55788-346-7

"The Car Builder's Handbook" by Doug McCleary. ISBN 1-55788-278-9
