My beloved ride, owned since new, is my 1995 Mustang. Despite it's age, I just can't give it up. As it ages and occasionally breaks things, they obviously need to be replaced. The most recent victim is the front bumper cover. I cracked it going into a ditch during a snow storm (oops!), and I thought "why not make it different while I'm fixing it!" The aftermarket offers very little that appeals to me, so I'm left to my own devices.
I don't really love the front of the car, and I was thinking that something ala the 2005 Mustang or the Ferrari 612 might be an interesting concept to chase. I'm planning on doing it in fiberglass as polyurethane (the original material) requires building a mother mold. What is the best place to look to find info on designing and building with fiberglass?
Thanks,
Paul
