Custom trunk

I want to make custom trunk panels in my 70 chevelle to hide the nitrous, stereo equipment, and spare tire. What is the best way to mount the panels so they can be easily removed to carry the groceries?

You could use decorative interior screws, but I like the no screw look. I am planning to use velcro to hold my panels.

Another thing that looks pretty tuff and allows for multiple cycles of install and removal are the fasteners sold in Jegs for body panel mounts. There are various types some have wing nut heads others use a quarter to turn the fastener. The nice thing about these over screws is that they are impossible to strip out like screw can. And have a real cool functional look about them. Velrco works good too but it can be a pain sometimes if the bond is too strong and you pull it off the body or the panel during install and removal. Definately velcro is the most unobtrusive method but the spin fasteners have a tuff as nails look to them too.

Try hurricane nuts, I use them to mount subwoofers in speaker boxes, they are worth a try.
