Yes within the nameplate many if not all Hemi parts swap. This is not true across brands, Chrysler, DeSoto, Dodge, Plymouth hemis are unique with a couple parts that interchange here and there, intakes not among them.

check this out for some help:

If it is of any interest to you, Exeter Auto Supply shows to have one Offenhauser #3615 3x2-bbl aluminum intake manifold in stock. These were made with either 3-bolt or 4-bolt carb bases, so you should contact them to find out which it is. The price is US$ 353.99. Offenhauser also made a model# 3614 which mounts 2x4-bbl carbs, probably the Carter WCFB small 4-bbl carbs (I would guess they would flow 350-400 CFM each).
http://www.exeterautosupply.com/Contact.html

Performance Automotive Warehouse shows a listing of both manifolds. #OFF-3614 2x4 for US$299.95 and #OFF-3615-4B for the 4-bolt 3x2 manifold US$353.95

You can find the WCFB carbs on ebay.....

As far as carbs for the 3x2, they would be Rochester small-base carbs having 1 7/16" throttle blades. The flange bolts are centered on a 3 1/4" X 2 7/8" rectangle. You might find them on ebay or you could run a "wanted" ad in Hemmings Motor News. The small base come with a side inlet or front inlet and flow 280 CFM. All side inlets were small base no side inlets were made in large base. Have the supplier to measure the carb base size on the 3x2 manifold to be sure.
