Smile Dam# Motor decisions gone wild.

Hey all.
Ive been contemplating my Caddy buildup and mixing N matching parts when a friend calls. Tells me he may have found me a good deal on a sbc That I told him to look for a while back. I told him I was probably going the Caddy route, but he tells me he found a 350 with steel crank, X rods, big valve heads for around 200 bucks, but may get it cheaper. UUuuggghhh! Great start on a blower motor.
I think they just like to see me stress trying to decide on engines. I may have to check it out. HG

Talk about a slide from excellence into mediocrity! You are about to become the world champ. From a 354 hemi, to a 500 Caddy, to a belly button SBC. Where is your charachter? Have you NO standards?! <img src="graemlins/pain.gif" border="0" alt="[pain]" />

If the Chevy is really that good buy it and save it for a future project or clean it up and turn it into cash for the Caddy or Hemi build.
