Angry dam paint chiping

I bought this 1928 ford my first rod!
the paint is chiping off does any one know why? I just looking at to long it chip off.
the paint is only two years old!

paint chips off for many reasons could be not sanded properly, too much hardner,too thick,too many paint jobs underneath,improperly mixed paint or wrong reducer, bad substrate,poor quality paint, abused surface, impact,ect ect ect. my suggestion repaint it correctly
