dana 23 help......please
Have a dana 23 rear end with 4:56 gearing. This is ok for around town but does not allow a trip on the interstate.
Trying to find a replacement ring and pinion. Axles are 10 spline and the pinion shaft also has a 10 spline. I have heard that 3:73 is the lowest ratio that will fit. Anyone have an idea where to find these parts. Thanks..............Al

Sorry no help for your parts, ever thought of a overdrive trans.?

I could only 5.38 gears, and all the bearings, axleshafts, gaskets, and seals.
Here's where I found the most stuff.
