dana 300
I am in search of a dana 300 transfer case. I was told they only came in the 80 scout. I have seen a couple for sale. but I am leary of getting them b/c they said they cam out of a 80's cj. Could anyone clarify what year the dana 300 came out in the cj's or if it even did

Definetly find them in 1980 - 1986 JEEP CJ's and more common than the ones from a Scout.
1980 - Short output shaft 1981-1986 - long output shaft - More desireable of the two.
