Dana 60 Id

I need to figure out what the year and origin of the Dana 60 in my car is.
I looked up all the info on line but couldnt find my number
The number is 9 268B.....
Any ideas guys??

If that number came from the passanger axle tube towards the top. And is the first series of numbers closest to the diff. that is the date 9/2/68. plus or minus a week or two. Some have two dates stamped one above the other. and are usually within a couple of weeks of each other.
