dart pro 1 porous head problem

i have pro 1 heads on my sbc and whilst checking them over prior to putting them back on i noticed that there is a hole in one of the inlet ports,i can see the side of the head stud ..will the stud seal the hole or do they need a repair,, if so how can they be repaired.. these were taken of my motor 2 weeks ago and the hole did not seem to affect it

Shouldn't affect it, It is common when really porting runners to put a sleeve in the hole if ya break thru but usually not needed the stud fills the hole.

hole

Are you talking about the bottom of the rocker arm stud??? Or are you talking about the stud that attaches the head to the block??

If it's the hole where the stud bolts the head to the block it will need repaired.

If it's the bottom of the rocker arm stud it will just need a little sealant on the threads.
