Post dashboard/interior "overlays"

I'm looking for a source for dashboard/interior "overlays" for my '96 Cougar XR-7. They're usually a polished wood-grain or 'burled-wood' finish, and are to look like the interior trim on up-scale or luxury car models. Sometimes there are pieces to fit on door trim, also. I've seen them for some late models of cars and trucks, but can find none for my car.

cpkatt,

only thing i can think of is to go to a tv show website like crank&chrome and look at their supplier's list. I know i've seen interior upgrades on their show but i can't remember the name of the company that makes the stuff. Maybe if you find some companies that are into that, someone will make a kit for your car.

Good Luck,

JB

cpkatt, Check my profile and e-mail me your name and address I'll send you a small sample of what I have in burl scrapes from work. One of the guys that work under me installs dashes in our motorhomes. If it fits your needs. I'll be glad to send you some.

Dash kits are available on www.veneerz.com. They are really snazzy styles to select from. Just order online and soon you’ll be the proud owner of a reasonably priced.
