from Dave 39

Howdy, folks, I'm new to the Hotrodders Bulletin Board. Have two projects, a 40 Chevy driver which is probably done, and a 39 Chevy that I'm just starting. Lots of plans for the 39 but it's a long term project. I'm a 60 year old retired sheetmetal worker with lots of welding and fabrication skills but I sure wish that I learned to type. I would love to hear back from anyone else working on a 39 Chevy. I live in the San Francisco bay area, California.

Welcome to the site Dave 39. I don't own a 39 Chevy but there were quite a few owners signing up in the last few months. Do a search for them on this site. I think that there are some being built in the Project Journals as well. Good luck with your build.
