[53 f 100]

Hello, This is my first post so please bare with me, I just bought a pair of 06 STS bucket power seats for my 53 f 100 , The pass seat was easy a hot and a ground and everything works, The drivers side has a memory and is different can i wire around it or does anyone know how i can wire it to work?????? I don't care about the memory or the heat just the power functions. Thanks Dave

I don't know the answer to your exact question, but suggest you get the facts to verify. You can find the electrical wiring manual for the STS either online, possibly through a library, or maybe through a dealer.

I found the electrical manual for the car I bought seats out of on E-bay. It wa well worth the $8 I paid for it to KNOW how to properly wire it.

For one thing, I would have never guessed it needed 3 different fuse sizes for each seat! If yours does too, and you over fuse it, it could possibly be dangerous.

Finally, suggest you use a subject line that closely defines what you'd like to discuss. The only reason I even looked at this was I was curious as to why nobody answered you....figured you were looking for a particular guy since a name was posted.
