Dear Lord, Thank you for sparing my son's life....

You know those calls you hate to get? The ones that come in the middle of the night when one of your children isn't home? We got one.

My oldest son fell asleep at the wheel driving through AZ early this morning. He rolled his car and ended up in the fast lane with both headlights broken.

Fortunately he had his seatbelt on.

Unfortunately he was sitting in total darkness after the car rolled.

Thank God that several 18-wheelers saw his car in time to swerve around him. He's in the hospital now, but thankfully I will get to see my son again. Words fail me.

God bless all of you.

Later,

Bruce

God truly blessed you!
Sometimes he throws challenges at us to toughen us up and to open our eyes. Thank Him!
Glad to hear everything's alright.

You got the call the every parent dreads. Mine are 22, 29, 30 and I still worry. I lost a nephew and still feel the pain.

Praise God your son was spared. He had angels guarding him last night!!!

I am glad he is ok. I live in Bullhead City, AZ, and if I can help with anything, like helping get the car or whatever just let me know.

Your sons alive, so you should be happy. Whatever car or truck it was, with enough hard work it can be replaced. So dont worry about it and just be happy hes alive

Makes me happy thats my daughters still only 5.

Too many of these stories have a bad ending. Thankfully this one doesn't. I've also waited through the night for one of those calls but thankfully never got one. We can all be thankful that your son survived. Could have been much worse.
