I'm not really in the Christmas mood this year. My Mom passed away Decemeber 7th loosing a 6 year battle to cancer.... Christmas Eve is her birthday. She would have been 79. My Dad soon to be 81 is quite distraught.

Here's a tribute to my Mom and a few miracles that happened during her short stay in the hospital....

Sorry about my absence here and at the Jalopy Journal but the last week or two have been very difficult. There is an emptiness in my life I can not explain.

Thanks for the kind words and your great entry this year ........really sorry for your loss. Having lost my mom last year I know the pain and the struggle to keep going every day. Please give my condolences to your family and I hope 2012 will treat you much kinder.

On my previous post, people told me I needed to add a driver of the bike .....after doing that, I decided to make it look a little more antique, like those old vintage Christmas photos you always see.

Kenmo.....my very sincere condolences. I know how you feel. I lost my dad this April and lost my mom this October. I haven't had the Holiday Spirit either.

And for everyone, please pray for a cure for Cancer. My wife was diagnosed with Triple Negative breast Cancer this year. Just finished with Chemo. a couple of weeks ago.

Anyways, not to hijack or bring this thread down. Great work on the pics guys!!!!!! I always enjoy seeing what everyone does since I have a heck of a time just drawing a straight line!!!!

Everything looks vintage except the swim wear. I guess its OK if it doesn't match the era exactly.
