I am almost ready to start my next project which will be a double build a
STREET CAR not a show car ,trouble is I have to chose between these ,amy body have some opinions these are the choices

1966 Chevelle SS 396 Autimatic with Factory Air Cond,i have installed 4 wheel disc brakes with the 12 bolt rear which might have been cheaperNO ford 9 in

2nd choice is a 55 Chevy 210 with a pretty good body needs drivers side floor patch pan ,I have a LS engine and 5 speed already have so I will use yhis if I build this car

3rd and Last one is a really solid 50 chevy that has ben about 80% restored but I am taking it back apart ,really too god to make a street rod ,should be finished restoring ,,Only sheet metal replaced was cab corners

this is what they liik like now

Scratch the '55. It appears to be way to top heavy.

That 55 would be hard to drive with the nose sitting that high. It looks like you've started on the truck so........ What's the problem ? Too many projects ? Lots of guys around here would take them off your hands. Just ask.

The 55 I owned several years back I sold it and recently bought it back with a 454 and a 4speed ,but I wont be running the Big block ,probably the LS and 5 speed left Mostly stock I have a complete C4 suspension to give the right ride stance

and yes the truck I bought mostly already restored exept paint All new interior ,glass ,suspension exaust ,tires wheels bumpers lights chrome hubcaps rubber Engine rebuilt by local chevy dealer new trandmission clutch ,well you get the picture ,BUT I am NOT using any of it I am in the process of removing all of it so I can up grade suspension and drive train, probably keep it ,

yes to many cars not enough time .
