Give this site a try. Basically it's from the Tonawanda Plant, built Dec 8th, then the codes open up making it a 350 from either '72, 3, 4 or 77. Your other set of numbers might give up more information. You could trace heads and intake codes, but no guarantee they are numbers matching for the motor or the vehicle.

If you knew it was original, the 1972 CKD code, is a '72 350, with a turbo trans, 4 bbl, 175 HP.
