deglossing paint?

i want to change my cars color and there are some areas that are hard to sand,is there something i can spray to degloss the paint?

No, you really do need to scuff all of the nooks and crannies. I do know some guys that will just clean very well and then spray Adhesion Promoter then paint. Not a good idea, especially on a car that is a keeper.

What areas are there that you can't get to with a scuff pad. Almost all of the time if you can get a gun close enough to paint it, then you can get a scuff pad in there to scuff

youre right,i was just trying to take the lazy route.
