I still hold a Ma license for Heating Installation and I build my own steam cleaners. You need an oil burner w controls. Or a gas gun but its not as hot BTU wise as Oil but gas is cleaner. But again you are supposed to use these outside.. a kind of coil piping 18 or 20 inches tall of 3/4 inch in diam. put that coil in the path of the flame and smoke , usually in the stack pipe close to the fire chamber. run the appropriate piping to the entrance from a garden hose with about 35 to 40 lbs water pressure. make sure you have a blow off valve made for steam usually set at 15 lbs and a valve on the outlet to let water and steam build before you open it. Make your own nozzles what ever works the best for you. put on wood handles or you will burn your hands holding the steam wand. Then see a motor or parts get clean fast...
