Pull it apart and pack it with epoxy. Reassemble. Let it harden, done.

Just another suggestion
hello, I'm new here and this is my first post. Just my humble suggestion; most cams I have installed with hydraulic lifters suggest taking the degree wheel reading at .050" of lifter rise (minimizes easy-to-make errors on the cam lobe acceleration ramp).
That might be easier than making/buying a solid lifter for each engine application and a dial indicator on top of the lifter body is easy to set up. Good luck with your project.
