Unhappy Demon carb

I have a Demon 780cfm, 4bbl, vaccum secondary, system on my 383 stroker. Electric choke is hooked up. I have approx 2 to 3 PSI fuel pressure. Any highher PSI and it floods out and won't run, when it even starts.

Does anyone know how/what is the best way to adjust the carb? Maybe a website reference!

You can look at on Under the photos button, go to the date 7/14/2002. This will show you the setup.

The timing is 12 BTDC and idiles but the plugs flood up (black carbon) and dies after a about 30 seconds.
