I ended up not doing very much of my own work at all on my garage.
The original plan was to do my own siding and roofing ... but when it got to be December, I decided against it.
All I ended up doing was the finishing up of the electrical, installing the garage doors and some shovel work of the back-fill.

There was considerable excavation done to remove the topsoil and get down to a clay base.

I haven't totalled up everything to the penny yet (scared to?) but I would estimate the total cost of my 24 x 34 "turnkey" to be around $40K.
