DeSoto Roller Lifters

Any of you DeSoto guys know if I can modify the link bars on 392 hydraulic roller lifters to work in a DeSoto block? Or will they just plop in and work? How about 318 Roller lifters? Any ideas will be greatfully considered...

Hi,
The lifters should drop right in.
On your other question about lifter bore centers,
I'll get them measured for you on Saturday,
as that engine isn't here, not enough room.
