Determining the year of my Ford Econoline Pickup

I just got a Ford Econoline Pickup, I can't determine what year it is, the VIN is E10FH835969 but can't find any websites for VIN's prior to 1981. If someone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Ford Econoline Pickup

I will have to wait until tomorrow to post a picture but I thought that they all looked alike. Maybe you can tell me something from the picture.

No, back then, truck model year was determined by scheduled assembly serial nos. (the last six digits in this case). You then convert by chart in the MPC.

Pictures of Ford Econoline Pickup

Here are the pictures of the Ford Econoline Truck. Through research on Ford Motor Company's website, I believe that this is a 1967, it has a padded glove box door, arm rest and sun visor, it has 2 speed windshield wipers and painted front bumper, from my understanding this is the only year that had these options. What do you think? I still haven't been able to cross reference the VIN.
