Did i get enough cam

327 long tube 1-7/8 headers,75 58cc heads,cast spread bore intake,750 Q-Jet. motor was rebuilt stock pistons stock bore.The cam i bought was a eldebrock performer-plus 204-214 420-442 dont need lope need torque

You have chose wisely. It will run well.

Your headers are a bit big IMOP but they will work.

I have that in my 350 with a 600 holley and it has awesome midrange torque and will pull to just over 5 grand before falling.

NAIRB, I have to disagree with you on the headers, I think they are a LOT big. 1-5/8" or even 1-1/2" would be MUCH better. Otherwise it looks like a nice combo for a nice responsive driver.

Well, I always hate to hurt a guys feelings, especially if he's already bought the headers.

Run whatchya brung, if it don't git it, forgit it.



It will probably run okay with the big headers, but yes, much better with 1-1/2 or 1-5/8.

Im sorry i put a7 should be 1-5/8 headers about blind, but if i had known i was going to be this good looking i would have taken better care of myself
