Yes they did. I had a guy bring a brand new one into the shop in the mid 90s when I was buying old speed equipment. I was apparently too anxious and he must have thought it worth gobs, I haven't seen him since. I think they made them for most of the popular engines Ford Chevy, Pontiac and a few others. Not for all engine sizes, but small block fords were one. They came with, at least the couple I've seen, carbs and linkage...I think they used Rochester 2GC's(all 4 of them), pretty good carb.
