difference between tpi fuel pump and corvette zr-1 fp?
does anyone know what the differences are

i have 2 areomotive stealth 340lph pumps in my car that are going back to areomotive under warrenty

so for the time ebing i found 3 pumps on ebay to throw in the car for now so i can drive it around

there are listed for a 5.7 vette zr-1 dohc motor i bought 3 of them for 15 bucks each new

well i know the pumps are 3-4 bar pumps so the presures are the same as the stock camaro pumps, does anyone happen to know what the flow rating on a corvette zr-1 pump is

i did some digging around and it looks like these pumps flow 190LPH

190lph = 50.1GPH
302LB/HR divided by BFSC of .62 = 480hp per pump at 43 psi

so these 3 pumps should support just shy of 1,500 hp @ 43psi of fp if the info i found on them is correct

and just to compare them to the aremotive pumps
540LB/HR divided by BFSC of .62 = 870 hp per pump at 43 psi
so both pumps should be able to support 1700 hp

granted hp able to be supported will drop as pressure goes up unfortunatly i cant get a flow sheet for the zr-1 pumps

but hell it looks like the zr-1 pumps might just stay in the car even when i get my 340lph stealth pumps back from areomotive
