differnce in valve springs. will flat tappet springs work with a roller cam?

I have a pair of 291 (fulie) heads with duel springs. I think the guy said the springs were .575 Flatt tappet cam. I will have them checked by a shop for spring pressure. But I would like to run a solid roller cam. This is a poor mans build lol. So if only Flatt tappet will work that's what ill run.

Solid rollers require lots of Seat & Open pressure, no they wont work.
