disc brake conversion

I am doing a front wheel disc brake conversion on a 71 nova. Anyone have any experience with summits kits? Or any advice is appreciated. :

I have never used the summit kit before, But i did use SSBC on my 67 camaro direct fit worked out really well for me JMO, Summit probably just as good as (SSBC) Stainless steel brake corp.IMO.

All the kits that use the stock style brackets are pretty much the same. Speedway Motors has about the best prices I've seen. Are you aware that the drum spindles can be turned into disc spindles with only minor machining?

I ordered a SSBC kit from summit a few years ago for my 72 Nova and it worked just fine. The only problem that I ran into is one of the mounting brackets they sent me was warped and caused the caliper to tweak to one side but when I called them they sent me a new mounting bracket, I didn't have to pay for shipping or anything like that and they told me to just keep the bad bracket so kudos to them for not making me pay for anything!
