Disc brake conversion

If i put a late model rear end with disc brakes on my truck (87 1/2 ton with drums) what other modifications will i need to make?

You may have to upgrade the master cylinder. 4 wheel discs need to have a bigger bore MC for flow of brake fluid. Also may need to have a proportioning valve upgrade. There are companies like Wilwood and others that make them.
