Disc Brake Conversion? 1962 Ford Falcon Futura?

Hi, is it possible to "easily" convert a 1962 Ford Falcon Futura's front drum brakes into disc brakes? Are there any conversion kits out there to do so? i haven't found anything. Thanks!

Granada brakes will also work.

just keep in mind. the granada swap will require the use of tie rod adapters from www.discbrakeswap.com as they changed in 1964

I have just converted the front brakes on my 38 chevy hot rod (comaro front end) to disc brakes and moved the master cylinder underneath the floor. I have two problems. 1) the brake pedal will not come all the way up after applying the brake. 2) the front brakes are dragging (even when I pull the brake pedal all theway up). Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

One more thing

I am changing my '62 Falcon to disc - you will probably need to also change your upper control arms and ball-joints because the stock '62 has a smaller diameter ball joint shaft. I ordered the upper control arms and ball-joints as a kit from CJ Pony - they aren't too bad - around $72 each side. (They are actually for 65-66 Mustang) I am also going to order the center-link tie-rod end kit from CSRP for about $375.
