Disc brake conversion ford 9"

Looking for help converting over to disc brakes on a ford 9" rear end with 5 on 5 1/2 wheel pattern.
Company's that sell a kit plans or adapters?
Or do it myself help ie. plans patterns or parts list and adapters?

I don't know if you tried SSBC or stainless steel brakes corporation they have some nice stuff they might be able to help out.
