Disc brake rotor

I have 11 inch Granada rotors on my Mustang 11 setup. What is the maximum run out accepted before turning is necessary. One rotor has .003 on pass side, drivers side is .007. I feel a slight pulsation when I first apply my non power brakes

For the non-technical answer... We turn the brakes when we feel any pulsation because the norm is it will only get worse as its a wear/warp problem that 99% of the time wont fix itself...
