disc brakes on a 1966 impala
I have a 1966 impala that has manual front drum brakes, I have a 1984 caprice that has power disc brakes. does anyone know what or if any of this is interchangable and if so what. Thanks in advance

If you're asking if the later spindles fit on the early car, no. The 65-70 cars are rear steer (steering linkage behind the axle centerline), the later cars are front steer. The knuckles cannot be turned around. Also, the later cars use a different ball joint stud taper and while you may be able to physically bolt them up, the resulting assembly will NOT be safe to drive since the studs would not be supported properly in the spindles and could break.
