disc brakes on a '63 f100

I'm building a 1963 ford f100 unibody with the stock straight axle front end and want to convert to disk brakes. Does anyone know of any factory rotors that will fit the spindles on the axle? If I have to spend 500 bucks on an aftermarket kit, I will, but I work in a fab shop and can fabricate the mounts for calipers. I just need info on what rotors may fit .
