I just had a look on NAPA Prolink...

Ball Joints, Control Arm Bushings, etc seem to be the same for both years, although both years mention a possibility of a "press-in" or "bolt-in" Lower ball joints. The 1967 listing displayed p/n's for only 240 - 6 and 390 V/8 (although I know these cars alsocame wit a 289 V/8)

One could assume this to mean that the suspension systems were very similar, perhaps even identical as long as you're comparing apples to apples (press-in vs bolt-in).

I would extrapolate this to mean that spindles may be interchangable ... but that's just a guess. If you already have both vehicles (1 as a "donor"), I guess you do't have a lot to lose other than some effort and skinned knuckles.

May the "Fords" be with you!

Sorry, but no ... I'm sure you'll have to look.

BTW ... unless some adverturesome individual (that's a politically correct term) PUT a 352 into that 1972 full-size car, it's likely a 351 (C?).
