Disc conversion

hi everyone :-) hopefully I can get some advice on an ongoing problem
I installed the front disc brake conversion.bencj bled the MC and then installed the kit with booster.i then bled rear and front brakes. I have a firm pedal until I start the car then pedal goes way down before brakes actuall engage shut off car and brakes firm again ? I put a new hose on intake to booster thinking might have a vacume leak but still same symtons. this is brand new kit from CPP and advice appreciated ohh I forgot to mentio that I did have the clevis pin in the top hole on pedal so I moved it down to other hole for power brakes . could it be I just need to adjust the rod that goes to the bboter thru the firewall ??
thanks fo any help guys
